You don't have to go to Italy to discover the beautiful art of glass fusing. You can make beautiful fused glass in Denver at Ceramics in the City. Glass Fusing is so simple all it takes is a brief tutorial by our helpful staff. Make bowls, plates, votives, vases, sun-catchers, night lights, jewelry, and much more.

How it works:

-Choose a blank (base) piece of glass from the different sizes and shapes available

-Design & decorate your base glass with a layer of colored glass - (kind of like mosaics)

-Leave your masterpiece with us for fusing and/or slumping and pick it up in a week or so *

What it costs:

It depends on the size of your masterpiece

Prices range from $12 to $52

Slump Fee $8

Slump = molding a fused piece of glass into a shape - i.e., bowl, vase, votive, plate, etc.

*Add 1 extra week to the lead time if you slump your glass

Glass is great for ages 6 and up.

We offer Designer Glass (child-safe) glass for those delicate little hands.
